This application is an easy way to convert documents from MS Office Excel to the PDF file format, allowing its further distribution in different platforms. Its interface is a simple toolbar that integrates with Microsoft Excel and allows to create PDF files by clicking on a button.
It doesn't need any PDF viewer or editor in order to perform its conversions, but if you are using the trial, you will be constantly reminded to buy a license. Some limitations of the evaluation version include that it can only be used for 30 times, in addition this trial version allows to convert the first page of the document only .
When we tried the program, it worked fine with text, but had some problems when converting Excel Graphics, it didn't get the correct size of some text inside of them, that could become a big problem for users who work with charts and graphics constantly.
On the other hand, it was really easy to setup and use, it supports font embedding, resolution, compression and multi-language.
Advantages:
- Easy to install and use. Integrates with Excel.
Disadvantages:
- Some problems when converting graphics.
